Our goal is to improve health outcomes by improving medicines adherence. We founded ZOOM Pharmacy to act as a sand box within which we could test our ideas and to generate revenue to fund our startup. ZOOM Pharmacy is now New Zealand’s largest entirely virtual prescription pharmacy.
Zoom Health is now uniquely positioned to support community pharmacy to thrive in an increasingly virtual healthcare market and thereby improve the health outcomes for far more New Zealanders than ZOOM Pharmacy alone.
The seven-year journey building ZOOM Pharmacy has forged a Zoom Health team with exceptional domain knowledge and specific expertise. We have learned how to create software that enables a pharmacy to effortlessly support patients to take agency over their medicines in a challenging health market.
From win-lose to win-win
Unfortunately, decades of operating within a constrained and siloed funding environment has created a healthcare sector that is best characterised as win-lose. At Zoom Health we refuse to accept this zero-sum approach.
Our mission is to help as many New Zealanders as possible realise the full benefit that medication can have on a person’s quality of life. To achieve this aim we must work in partnership with community pharmacy and we are commited to do so in a manner where everyone is better off.
